Jordan

Owner and Chief Retail Strategist

Jordan's focus is planning the overall events and projects our team creates, in addition to managing outside relationships and a team of six. If you ask her, she spends more time on contracts and finances than anything fun! She's an avid gardener, has a deep love for her ever-growing closet, and spends her days sewing and thrifting, binge-watching true crime shows, and taking her pug on walks.

Jordan worked in brand sales right out of Appalachian State University, where she received a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising. After working in wholesale, she decided to focus her efforts on the other side of the industry, opening her own small women's boutique, Elsa Fine. Elsa Fine opened the doors to many of the projects she focuses on today. Wanting to find better platforms to sell her product around Charlotte, she quickly started planning the events she would participate in, and eventually, she would transition out of traditional retail and into the Esther and Elsa company you're visiting today.
