The first 20 Ballantyne tenants to sign up and attend each class will receive one exclusive gift.**
** To receive your exclusive gift, you will need to sign up for class on our website and attend the entire class. One gift per attendee. Attendees can only accept up to two gifts per season.

Attendees will enjoy a slower-paced, all-levels flow designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and move with intention. We’ll focus on mindful transitions, breathwork, and simple, accessible postures—perfect whether you’re new to yoga or just looking to slow things down and reset.
- Those who are newer to yoga and want a slower paced class to learn.
-You want a safe, no-judgment space.
- All fitness levels are welcome.
-Yoga mat (some will be available to borrow)
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
-Towel
-Comfortable workout gear.
All class participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participation.
Tenants of Northwood Office can attend the class for free. Tenant must provide proof of logged in goBallantyne app upon arrival to class.
Those interested in attending the class who are not corporate tenants can attend the class for $5 plus tax.
We will provide yoga mats or you can bring your own.
