Fitness at the Brixham Park- Flow & Grow Vinyasa with Tylanna Stewart-Herman
It’s the season 2 kickoff of Fitness at Brixham Park and this season will bring some real excitement.
Join us on April 15th at Brixham Park in the heart of Ballantyne for the first fitness class of 2026. We’ll host Tylanna Stewart-Herman of The Coterie for a creative vinyasa flow.
The first 20 Ballantyne tenants to sign up and attend each class will receive one exclusive gift.**
** To receive your exclusive gift, you will need to sign up for class on our website and attend the entire class. One gift per attendee. Attendees can only accept up to two gifts per season.

Tylanna is bringing a creative flow to Ballantyne that links breath to movement. This class is perfect for all levels from beginner to advanced. You will leave feeling energized and renewed.
What You'll Experience:
- A full-body, functional workout that targets all muscle groups designed for all fitness levels.
- Inclusivity: A non-judgmental environment that encourages self-expression and confidence.
-Class will close with free smoothies from South Block.
Who Should Join:
- Anyone looking for an effective full body workout.
- Those who want to be part of a welcoming and supportive fitness community.
- All fitness levels are welcome—whether you’re a beginner or a step aerobics pro!
What to Bring:
- Water bottle to stay hydrated.
-Yoga Mat.
- Your best energy and enthusiasm!

All class participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participation.
Tenants of Northwood Office can attend the class for free. Tenant must provide proof of logged in goBallantyne app upon arrival to class.
Those interested in attending the class who are not corporate tenants can attend the class for $5 plus tax.
We will provide yoga mats or you can bring your own.
