Join us on July 15th for another sweat-filled edition of Fitness at Brixham Park, this month hosted by Ally Hillegass.
The first 20 Ballantyne tenants to sign up and attend each class will receive one exclusive gift.**
** To receive your exclusive gift, you will need to sign up for class on our website and attend the entire class. One gift per attendee. Attendees can only accept up to two gifts per season.

Located at Brixham Park 15810 Ballantyne Medical Pl, Charlotte, NC 28277
Attendees will enjoy a 45-minute full body workout for all ability levels. It will include a warm-up, demo, circuit-style workout, finisher, and cool down. We will use resistance bands, mini bands, and some light/medium weights.
- Those who want to get active!
-You want a safe, no-judgment space.
- All fitness levels are welcome.
-Yoga mat (some will be available to borrow)
-ankle weights (optional)
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
-Towel
-Athletic shoes and comfortable workout clothes
- Yoga mat, but we’ll have some on-site to borrow.
All class participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participation.
Tenants of Northwood Office can attend the class for free. Tenant must provide proof of logged in goBallantyne app upon arrival to class.
Those interested in attending the class who are not corporate tenants can attend the class for $5 plus tax.
We will provide yoga mats or you can bring your own.
