OWNER AND CHIEF RETAIL STRATEGIST
Jordan Dollard, worked in brand sales right out of Appalachian State University, where she received a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising. After working in wholesale, she decided to focus her efforts on the other side of the industry, opening her own small women's boutique, Elsa Fine. Elsa Fine opened the doors to many of the projects she focuses on today. Wanting to find better platforms to sell her product around Charlotte, she quickly started planning the events she would participate in and eventually, she would transition out of traditional retail and into the Esther and Elsa company you're visiting today.
Sarah, the creative queen at Esther & Elsa, has a BFA in Art with a concentration in Photography, and is a Charlotte native! In addition to being an accomplished local photographer, Sarah maintains our web presence, social media, content, photography, and art installations throughout our events.
APPLICATIONS AND INVOICING ADMINISTRATOR
Rashida brings her bright light and pure positivity to our team, along with some serious organizational skills. We recently discovered her and Jordan are extremely similar and we're thinking this is a good thing! Rashida comes from a tech startup and was looking for something with a bit more connectedness to the community, which she's found here at E+E. She's originally from Greensboro, one of five girls, attended UNC Chapel Hill and is a resident and lover of West Charlotte.
Clark has been on the Esther & Elsa team for just under a year as our production manager. He’s the muscle, the helping hand, and the resident beer tester.
