JORDAN ✳
OWNER AND CHIEF RETAIL STRATEGIST
Jordan's focus is planning the overall events and projects our team creates, in addition to managing outside relationships and a team of six. If you ask her, she spends more time on contracts and finances than anything fun! She's an avid gardener, has a deep love for her ever-growing closet, and spends her days sewing and thrifting, binge-watching true crime shows, and taking her pug on walks.
Jordan worked in brand sales right out of Appalachian State University, where she received a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising. After working in wholesale, she decided to focus her efforts on the other side of the industry, opening her own small women's boutique, Elsa Fine. Elsa Fine opened the doors to many of the projects she focuses on today. Wanting to find better platforms to sell her product around Charlotte, she quickly started planning the events she would participate in and eventually, she would transition out of traditional retail and into the Esther and Elsa company you're visiting today.
CORRINE ✳
CREATIVE LEAD
We like to think Corrine has the most fun job here at E&E, but in all actuality, it’s one of the hardest. She is responsible for all creative aspects of our markets and events and constantly works at the intersection of art and logistics.
Corrine spends much of her time with her family, Joe and Ezra, and is a surrogate mom to a bevy of snails. In 2025, she self-published Curtis the Snail and The Lost Christmas Letter.
LONDON ✳
COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
London’s sole focus at E&E is to take care of our ever-growing vendor community. Her goal is to make our small businesses feel heard and appreciated, since they are the reason we’re in business!
London is an artist who does gallery shows across the city, a mother to Blair, and loyal friend. She’s a fan of thrifting, good wine, and all things creative.
ALLY ✳
DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR
Ally heads up all of our communication efforts with event attendees and partners each month. She is charged with telling our story and connecting with our audience in a meaningful way.
Her background is in real estate sales and hospitality, so she is no stranger to helping her community feel at home. Ally is truly our number one fan, driven by a passion for people and an overwhelming amount of love for this city and its small businesses.
EMILY ✳
MERCHANDISING AND GRAPHIC DESIGN
Emily’s day-to-day focuses on graphic design across all projects and the merchandise those graphics sometimes adorn. She can generally be found sitting on the floor under her desk in the merch closet.
Emily is an avid bird watcher and runs an Etsy shop focused on printed fabric. Her background is loaded with fun stories and chapters that you would never expect.
KEVIN ✳
EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR
Kevin oversees the functionality and organization of all Esther and Elsa's set up equipment. He is responsible for the upkeep, maintance, storage, and setup of every piece of equipment you see.
In his free time he enjoys creating sketch art, playing guitar, enjoying nature through hiking and other outdoor activities. He has a lifelong goal of traveling to all seven continents.
