Sarah Slusarick for Esther and Elsa

WHY VEND WITH US?

Esther and Elsa works diligently to produce thoughtfully planned and well-organized events for retailers. Those who work with us can be sure that their experience will feel well-planned and attended.

We provide opportunities for local tangible goods retailers to sell their goods, build their brand, and connect with the larger Charlotte community.

In addition to quality events, we invest in other important facets of these markets to ensure growth for all. These areas include social media, photography, creative installations, and more.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for larger companies or services interested in getting involved.

Vendors leave knowing their investment has been well-used.

Ways you can work with us at our markets

  • These spaces are available only to businesses selling a tangible good that can be taken away at a market. We do not allow services or salespeople selling a larger product to participate in this way.

This is the main offering at our events (excludes NANM).

    Things to consider:

    1. These spaces cannot be used for experiential food sale. They can be used for pre-packaged foods (ie baked goods, jerky).

    2. Small businesses only.

  • These spaces are available only to businesses selling a tangible good that can be taken away at a market. We do not allow services or salespeople selling a larger product to participate in this way.

Front Porch Sundays sizes include 4x10’ and 7x10’. An umbrella s requied.

Nebel’s Alley spaces are 5x8, or 5x12’. Umbrellas are not required, but highly suggested.

    Small businesses only.

  • Food cart spaces are smaller and utilized for push carts that can be unloaded in a load-in zone and pushed to a designated location.

Food must be pre-made or permitted via the Department of Agriculture (not the Health Department). Examples include popcorn, popsicles, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages.

    Small buinesses only.

  • Please note we do not work with food trucks at all events.

Food trucks or trailers are permitted by the Health Department and allow for food to be made on-site to be enjoyed within an event.

We do not work with tented food that is prepared on-site.

  • Activations are best suited for services and non-profits that do not sell a tangible good. The activation offered must add value to the overall event by offering attendees a hands-on experience that fits with the theme of the event.

Brand awareness is achieved through positioning yourself with the event, as opposed to directly educating about the service or organization or handing out branded swag. No soliciting for donations allowed.

  • If you are a service looking to position yourself alongside an E+E event while gaining increased brand awareness through agreed upon deliverables.

Sponsorships are also available to larger companies.
