The Esther and Elsa team is growing and we’re looking to add some new team members!

ROTATIONAL EVENT STAFF

Responsibilities would include:

  • Set up or breakdown of events

  • Vendor load-in

  • Rotate between different stations at events including welcome tent, event maintenance, vendor support, and activations.

The right person for this position would be:

  • A self starter

  • Willing to get dirty

  • Able to lift 50 pounds or more

  • Friendly and outgoing

  • A problem solver

  • Detail Oriented

  • Doesn’t mind early mornings

  • Communicative

Details about this position include:

  • Working 1-2 days a month, mainly weekends

  • Starting rate of $18/hour

  • Report directly to Day-of Coordinator

HOLIDAY POP-UP STAFF (MANAGER AND ASSOCIATES)

*Located in Belmont/McAdenville area

Esther and Elsa is hiring staff for our temporary Christmas Shop happening in McAdenville for the month of December. We are looking for cheery, warm, and well-organized individuals to staff the experience in addition to set-up support.

Responsibilities would include:

  1. Opening and closing the shop.

  2. Answering customer questions.

  3. Providing a positive and warm experience.

  4. Assisting with purchases.

The right person for these positions would be:

  • A self starter

  • Able to lift 50 pounds or more

  • Friendly and outgoing

  • A problem solver

  • Detail Oriented

  • Communicative

  • Fan of holiday cheer!

We have two positions available at our Christmas pop-up for a manager (35 hours/week, $22/hour) and store associates (20-30 hours/week, $18/hour).
